DWTS Pro Artem Chingvintsev Will Not Face Domestic Violence Charges
Dancing With The Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev will not face criminal charges for felony domestic violence “after a thorough review of the criminal investigation,” according to the Napa County District Attorney’s Office.
He was arrested August 29th after a fight with estranged wife Nikki Garcia, whom he met when they were paired together on DWTS during season 25. They married in August 2022 and share 4-year-old son Matteo.
Garcia filed for divorce September 11.
