A new Netflix series shines a light on newly-uncovered evidence of sexual abuse by their father, and led to new support from Kim Kardashian and others. Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón decided to officially reassess the case thanks to public outcry from the special, that details the documented abuse and trauma the brother endured.
The possibility of a re-sentencing that could lead to the release of the brothers is reportedly being considered, with their lawyers arguing for a second look at the case.
