Bus Passengers Take Over When The Driver Passes Out
A scary situation started to play out during a morning commute on public transportation in Colorado Springs.
The bus driver passed out and started seizing at the wheel, so a quick-thinking passenger jumped up to help. With coffee still in hand, the passenger tended to the driver while another passenger jumped behind the wheel and managed to steer it while calling dispatch in Colorado Springs. They safely brought it to a stop without getting into an accident.
Sadly the bus driver passed away despite first responders’ actions.
