Pitbull Helps Unveil Times Square New Year’s Eve Ball
Pitbull was on-hand for the unveiling of the Times Square Ball for New Year’s Eve.
Workers are preparing the Times Square Ball and other decorations for New Year’s Eve in Times Square, where 1 million people are expected to gather for a fun and safe celebration.
The iconic Times Square Ball, weighing six tons and made of 2,700 crystals, will be retired after this year and replaced with a new one for 2026.
Michael Phillips of Jamestown, the owner of One Times Square, stated that the ball is a significant symbol and will be preserved for public exhibition at the Times Travel Museum.
“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2025” will air on December 31 at 8 p.m. EST and stream on Hulu the next day.
