Former “Bachelor” Sean Lowe Is Attacked TWICE By His Own Dog
Sean Lowe, from The Bachelor, faced a scary situation when his rescue boxer dog, Moose, attacked him. In a social media video, Lowe shared the incident where Moose bit him aggressively while he was attending a barbecue, despite being told no. Then 12 hours late, it happened AGAIN. He and wife, Catherine (his final pick on his season), talked about the ordeal on Instagram.
Moose was a rescue boxer they adopted in January. The first attack was during a BBQ with friends when the smoke alarm started going off. He grabbed a dish rag to wave the smoke away, and Moose “bites it and kind of nips my finger really aggressively, which is something that he does not do.” Lowe tells him no, then Moose bites at his feet and puts holes through his shoes, then Moose shows his teeth and full on attacks. “And I don’t mean like, bite and run off, like a lot of dogs do when they’re scared or defensive. I mean, attacks me. And I feel him just kind of ripping into the flesh of my arm. And at this point, I am doing everything I possibly can just to fend this dog off.” That resulted in getting stitches in five or six different places on his arm.
Then 12 hours later, Moose attacked again in the front yard when he was putting the kids in the car with his parents. He knew then they couldn’t keep the dog, which broke his heart because Moose had been a constant companion with Sean. They’ve been in touch with no kill shelters.
