*NSYNC dropped their iconic “Bye Bye Bye” video on March 21, 2000! They released a footnotes version that gives some cool behind-the-scenes from the making of it.
The train scenes with Joey and Chris? That was real (shot by a helicopter and steadycam) and they did their own stunts! The choreographer, Darrin Henson, was on the verge of quitting music video work until he was convinced to do this one by their manager. He then won an MTV Video Music Award that year for Best Choreography.
