NBC Plans Live “Wicked” Special Ahead Of Second Movie Release
NBC will broadcast another live musical TV special featuring Wicked stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande singing songs from both Wicked movies. It’s timed perfectly to get you all jazzed for the second part, Wicked: For Good, on November 21st.
Director Jon M. Chu also gave the audience at NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation a treat by showing the unreleased trailer for Wicked: For Good, warning the crowd not to record it with cellphones!
