Crowd Goes Nuts When Eminem Joins Jelly Roll On Stage In Detroit
Jelly Roll and Post Malone’s Big Ass Stadium Tour stopped by Detroit on May 18th, and Jelly got to live out a “childhood dream” when Eminem walked out to perform “Lost Yourself” with him!
The crowd absolutely erupted when Eminem walked out after Jelly started the song. Jelly admitted Eminem’s music helped him “through the darkest moments of my life.”
Upon releasing their 2024 collaboration, Jelly raved about Slim Shady. “I always say my childhood heroes lived somewhere between Willie Nelson and Eminem. As a teenager (and still today) I could recite every song on the Slim Shady album, the Marshal Mathers album and the Eminem show,” he wrote on Instagram in July. “I related to every word Eminem wrote. I understand him and felt like he understood me, which was rare cause I spent most of my life feeling misunderstood.”
