Kieran Culkin Signs On For “The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping”
Kieran Culkin has officially joined the cast of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping as Caesar Flickerman, the eccentric host, played by Stanley Tucci in the series’ first four films.
The new movie is for Nov. 20, 2026. President Snow will be played by Ralph Fiennes and Effie Trinket will be portrayed by Elle Fanning.
