Zach Braff Signs On For “Scrubs” Update For ABC
Zach Braff is set to reprise his role as Dr. John “J.D.” Dorian in the Scrubs update at ABC, which is currently in development. The original series ran from 2001-2010.
The reboot will reunite Braff with the show’s creator, Bill Lawrence. Donald Faison (Turk) and Sarah Chalke (Elliot) are expected to return as series regulars. TVLine has heard rumblings of talks with OG Scrubs supporting players — Judy Reyes (Carla) and John C. McGinley (Dr. Cox) to come back as well!
