Kid Cudi Testifies In Sean “Diddy” Combs Trial

Kid Cudi testified that Sean “Diddy” Combs was responsible for the 2012 bombing of his Porsche and unauthorized entry into his home due to their simultaneous romantic involvement with R&B singer Cassie Ventura. He also detailed encountering Combs years later, where Combs apologized without specifying the car attack.

Also taking the stand was Combs’ former assistant, George Kaplan, who recounted witnessing a violent attack on Ventura during a private flight with other executives. He testified he heard broken glass and saw Combs over Ventura with a whiskey glass in his hand, and she yelled out “isn’t anyone seeing this??” The prosecution asked Kaplan why he didn’t step in, and he responded that he was 23-years-old and felt he had this incredible fortune of working for “an icon” and it wasn’t his place.
