There Is A Connection Between Blake Lively And The Judge That Tossed Justin Baldoni’s Lawsuit

Blake Lively has a surprising connection to the judge who dismissed Justin Baldoni’s $400 million defamation lawsuit amid ‘It Ends With Us’ legal drama: Judge Lewis J. Liman’s brother, director Doug Liman, worked with Blake back in 2008. Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, is saying Lively calling the dismissal a “victory” is false.
Lively’s team feels it’s the end of the road for Baldoni’s case. Freedman disagrees saying, “This case is about false accusations of sexual harassment and retaliation and a nonexistent smear campaign, which Ms. Lively’s own team conveniently describes as ‘untraceable’ because they cannot prove what never happened,” Freedman continued. “Most importantly, Ms. Lively’s own claims are no truer today than they were yesterday, and with the facts on our side, we march forward with the same confidence that we had when Ms. Lively and her cohorts initiated this battle and look forward to her forthcoming deposition, which I will be taking.”
