Sabrina Carpenter is gracing the cover of the double summer issue of Rolling Stone, and they rolled out some footage of the shoot! As for the shot on the cover, it’s a little scandalous as she’s just wearing stockings!
She’s known for her witty lyrics, as producer Jack Antonoff says, “She’s as intelligent as someone can possibly be, which is why she’s funny.” “When she says something incredibly profound and then chucks it away with a joke, it almost hits deeper.” She talks about her new album, Man’s Best Friend, arriving August 29th and the first single, ‘Manchild.’ As to who that’s about, she jokes “It’s about your dad.” Well played. Antonoff says, “The things we did on the last album — things that people really loved — were just the start of places we wanted to take it. It’s like, ‘Oh, you like that? Well, just you wait.’ ”
