CEO Busted Cheating At Coldplay Concert
If you can manage to make it through the day without getting busted cheating on a kiss cam at a Coldplay concert… you’re doing OK!
At a Coldplay show in Massachusetts on Wednesday night, a “couple” showed up on the Jumbotron, a man swaying with his arms around a woman. Right as they realized they were on the Jumbotron, the man DUCKED out of frame, and the woman turned away. Chris Martin noticed, and said, “Oh, look at these two . . . all right, come on, you’re OK! Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair, or they’re just very shy.” He had no idea how SPOT ON he was!

It’s kind of shocking how quickly the Internet started connecting the dots identifying the guy as Andy Byron, the CEO of tech company Astronomer. And the woman is a co-worker at the company, the “Chief People Officer” HR manager Kristin Cabot. NOT his wife. If you care, the co-worker was apparently divorced, and there’s no comment from the wife, although she was supposedly hassled online enough that she deactivated her social media.
Byron issued an official statement, calling it a “deeply personal mistake playing out on a very public stage.” He added, “I’m taking time to reflect, to take accountability, and to figure out the next steps, personally and professionally.” Byron went on to note “how troubling it is that what should have been a private moment became public without my consent. I respect artists and entertainers, but I hope we can all think more deeply about the impact of turning someone else’s life into a spectacle.”
