Will Forte’s “Coyote vs. Acme” Officially Gets A Theatrical Release Date

Will Forte’s movie, Coyote vs. Acme, announced at San Diego Comic Con this weekend that the movie will be in theaters August 28, 2026.

Ketchup Entertainment bought the completed, live-action and animated hybrid film from Warner Bros. Discovery after the studio put it on the shelf. Forte said he had started to lose hope anyone would see the movie, that also stars John Cena. The plot centers around Wile E. Coyote suing Acme for one too many products failing him. Forte plays Coyote’s lawyer, and Cena plays Acme’s lawyer.
