James Van Der Beek updates fans saying he’s slowing things down and being more “thoughtful” in his life battling stage 3 colorectal cancer.
He was diagnosed in August 2023 says on the Today show it feels like a full-time job. “I’m just on the journey. It’s a process. It’ll probably be a process for the rest of my life.” He’s been as honest as he can with his kids because they can tell “when dad’s having a bad day.” And he also mentioned how resilient his kids are, and that “you’re journey is their journey, too.”
