Inside Blake Lively’s Deposition In Her Lawsuit Against Justin Baldoni
Blake Lively arrived with 8 lawyers, her sister Robyn Lively, and husband Ryan Reynolds to her deposition July 31. Justin Baldoni attended as did the other defendants with their legal counsel in the case, as part of their ongoing legal dispute. Baldoni denying Lively’s claims of sexual harassment and retaliation.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ his strategy for the deposition was “to ask her questions under penalty of perjury, and she’s gonna have to provide evidence, and she’s gonna have to provide the truth of the stories. … We’re gonna see how consistent her testimony is with the actual facts of what transpired.”
Freedman said in the same interview that Baldoni is “a person who wants to be vindicated, and that’s all that he cares about.”
Their trial is scheduled for March 2026th, with plans for both Lively and Baldoni to testify.
