Selena Gomez Dishes On Her Bestie Origin Story With Taylor Swift
Selena Gomez opened up about what first bonded her to Taylor Swift on an episode of the “Therapuss” podcast. Gomez said it was back when she was dating Nick Jonas at age 15 and Swift was 18 and dating Joe Jonas. When they broke up, the ladies bonded and “stuck around for all the ups and downs” over 16 years of friendship.
As for fiance Benny Blanco, she met him at 16 but didn’t start to see him in a different light until after working together on her song, “Single Soon”, and attending a friend dinner with him.
