Teddy Swims revealed he hasn’t been swimming in cash on the road. He gave some surprising insight into how long it can take to turn a profit as an artist on the road. During a recent interview, he said it took five years of touring as his star was on the rise before they started to make more money than just “breaking even”.
He said, “everyone’s paid, everyone’s fed, so I’d call that successful.” The profit? $20,000. And he projects in the next several years, he’ll be “swimming.”
