Tom Bergeron Coming Back To ‘DWTS’ For 20th Anniversary Episode
Tom Bergeron will be back in the ballroom for the 20th anniversary episode on Dancing With The Stars November 11th. The longtime host last appeared in 2020, when he and co-host Erin Andrews left the show. Bergeron hosted nearly 450 episodes since its 2005 debut.
In 2023, Bergeron told Cheryl Burke’s podcast he had opposed casting political figures. He said, “At that moment, I knew, this was probably my last season.” After his exit, Tyra Banks hosted Seasons 29 through 31, followed by Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro from Season 32 onward. The current season continues to break audience and voting records, with 6.7 million viewers tuning in for Halloween week.
