The Cardinals had 20 assists on 31 made field goals and only turned the ball over 6 times. It was the first time the Cards beat the Cats since 2020. The Wildcats actually shot the ball better from the field (47%) and behind the arc (35%), but turnovers hurt Kentucky, with Louisville scoring 19 points off 14 turnovers. U of L Head Coach Pat Kelsey did his victory dance in the locker room!
