Golden Globe Nominations and Snubs
One Battle After Another starring Leonardo DiCaprio racked up the most nominations with nine, including Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy. But some notable snubs include Jennifer Lopez in “Kiss of the Spider Woman”, “Wicked: For Good” left out of Best Picture (though it has five nominations) and the only nod for “The Morning Show” went to Billy Crudup.
“The White Lotus” has the most nominations for any series with six, followed by “Adolescence” with five, and “Only Murders in the Building” and “Severance” with four.
George Clooney, Emma Stone, Ariana Grande and Jennifer Lawrence are among the big names up for acting awards. A new category this year is podcast with “Armchair Expert with Dax Shepher”, “Good Hang with Amy Poehler” and “Call Her Daddy” hosted by Alex Cooper among the nominees. Helen Mirren will be honored with the Cecille B. Demille award, while Sarah Jessica Parker will be presented with the Carol Burnett Award.
Nikki Glaser will host again when the Globes are handed out January 11.
