Louisville Is Going Bowling
The 8-4 Louisville Cardinals football team is headed to Florida to the Boca Raton Bowl to face the Toledo Rockets.
The Cards are looking for their 2nd straight bowl win as they play on December 23 at 2 p.m. in Flagler Credit Union Stadium at Florida Atlantic University.
Toledo is also 8-4 and plays in the Mid-American Conference.
Here’s another fun fact for you! The Cards will be playing on Howard Schnellenberger Field. Coach Schnellenberger was at the helm of Louisville’s program in the 1980s and early ’90s.
He also spent 11 years at FAU building their program from scratch.
