Blake Lively And Justin Baldoni’s Trial Is Pushed Back

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s day in court has been postponed from next March to May 2026. Judge Lewis Liman has two criminal cases on the docket that “take precedence”, despite their case being “important.”

Lively filed the case against her “It Ends With Us” director and co-star alleging sexual harassment and accuses him of hiring a PR crisis team to tarnish her reputation, all of which he denies. This case has been playing out in real time in the court of public opinion with many content creators analyzing every document filed along the way. Lively even came after some podcasters and content creators with subpoenas at one point that spoke critically of her, including YouTubers Perez Hilton, Kjersti Flaa and Popcorn Planet’s Andy Signore.
