Melissa Joan Hart Got Scammed From An Online Christmas Dress Order
Celebrities, they really ARE just like us. They get scammed by online ads, too! Just ask Melissa Joan Hart.
She saw an ad for a Christmas dress that she just HAD to have, so she ordered it. But what she got is NOT what was advertised. The picture of the dress she THOUGHT she was buying was obviously A.I. generated. And it looks AMAZING, with all kinds of frills and embroidered stuff, like something out of a Hallmark Christmas movie. What came in the mail was a flimsy-looking piece of fabric with everything just PRINTED on it. Quality-wise, it looks like a cheap Spirit Halloween costume. Melissa posted some comparison pics, and said, quote, “Online ordering sucks! Going rogue for my fancy ugly sweater look this year now.” She ended up making her own dress that turned out pretty great!
As for work, she’s been keeping busy producing a new holiday movie for Netflix with her mom, called “A Merry Little Ex-Mas”.
