Meet the Best New Artist Grammy Nominees
Some you have heard incessantly on the radio and some you may not know as well. We’ll break it down!
Olivia Dean’s sophomore album ‘The Art of Loving’ helped her catch fire with her her hit “Man I Need” since its September release. TikTok sensation Sombr turned viral fame into back-to-back hits like ‘Back to Friends’ and ‘Undressed.’ Another TikTok star, Addison Rae, earned her first GRAMMY nod after dropping her debut album ‘Addison’ in June 2025. Her former Hype House roommate Alex Warren also scored a nomination thanks to his MONSTER hit ‘Ordinary.’
Broadway alum Leon Thomas is no stranger to the GRAMMYs. He already has one for co-writing SZA’s ‘Snooze.’ Indie favorites The Marías toured with Billie Eilish and collaborated with Selena Gomez and Bad Bunny. Lola Young’s hit ‘Messy’ made her a name until she took a step back from music to focus on her mental health. KATSEYE starred in a viral GAP ad with their hit ‘Gabriela.”
