Backlash Over Trouble Getting Harry Styles Tickets And Crazy Prices

There are a few factors against fans trying to score a ticket to the only place in the U.S. Harry Styles’ “Tomorrow, Tomorrow” tour is landing, a month-long residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The first problem is how many people tried to get in the presale. Ticketmaster says a record 11.5 million people signed up for the presale. Then if they happened to get past the long wait for the chance to pick a seat, they found tickets at nearly $1200.

There are supposed to be some $50 seats, but those seem to be hard to come by. Prices are supposedly set in advance and are not supposed to change from the presale to public on sale. It’s also unclear how much say the artist has in setting those ticket prices.
