Kelly Clarkson Claims She Never Got Her Million Dollars From “American Idol”
Kelly Clarkson revealed on her talk show what she won after her season on ‘American Idol’. She explained she did not receive a million dollars in cash but rather “a million dollars’ worth of investment in you”. While talking to ‘The Traitors’ winner Rob Rausch and ‘Harry Potter’ star Daniel Radcliffe on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’, she said she could relate “so hardcore” to the fact that Rob was still waiting to be paid his $220,800 prize from winning the reality competition
She also shared that she never received the car promised after winning the first season, while runner-up Clay Aiken from the following season got TWO…one for him and one for his MOM. Seems like everything turned out ok for her though!
