Federal Judge Guts Blake Lively’s Lawsuit Against Justin Baldoni
Justin Baldoni got a win in court today as 10 of 13 claims against him filed by Blake Lively were tossed out in a summary judgement. Federal Judge Lewis J. Liman tossed out the sexual harassment, defamation and conspiracy. All that remains are a breach of contract and retaliation claims related to her alleged “smear campaign”.
The trial on the remaining claims is still set for May 18th unless talks resume for a settlement.
