Blake Lively Speaks Out After Judge Tossed Most Of Her Lawsuit

Well, it’s REALLY about RETALIATION and breach of contract. That’s what Blake Lively is saying after the judge in her lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” director and co-star, Justin Baldoni, tossed 10 of her 13 claims out.

Those claims involved accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment, but Lively is pivoting now saying the heart of the complaint is still moving forward. She’s accusing Baldoni and his associates of aiding and abetting as well as retaliation breach of contract at trial set to start in front of a jury next month.

“The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit,” Lively shared in an April 3 statement posted on her Instagram Story, “but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continue to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others.” She continued, “I hope the Court’s decision shows others that, as unfathomably painful as it is, you can speak up.”

As for the “digital soap opera” she started by initiating a hit piece in the New York Times labeling Baldoni as a sexual harasser, she says he’s to blame for all her bad press. She even went after many YouTubers who have covered the case with subpoenas accusing them of being paid by Baldoni to paint her in a negative light.

Looking at the comments of every outlet covering this story and it might be tough for Lively to reclaim the victim title and win the public over.
