The Witness Lists Are Revealed For The Blake Lively Justin Baldoni Trial
The ‘It Ends with Us’ legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni heads toward trial and now we know some names of Lively’s “dragons” who will take the stand for her. Author of the book Colleen Hoover will be Team Lively, as well as Blake herself, Ryan Reynolds, co-star, Jenny Slate, and Blake’s sister, Robyn Lively. Taylor Swift is not said to be on the list.
Baldoni will take the stand himself as part of list of 24 witnesses. After the judge slashed 10 of the 13 claims Lively brought, at issue will be the retaliation claims. Baldoni’s sides will almost certainly bring to light Sony executives, who was the studio behind It Ends With Us, who said in court documents Lively’s bad press was solely because of her own actions.
The trial is set for May 18, but unlike the Amber Heard Johnny Depp trial, no filming or photography will be allowed in the courtroom.
