Pedro Pascal Surprises “Fans” At Disneyland
Disney is facing some criticism after Pedro Pascal’s viral Disneyland appearance surprising unsuspecting guests.
In the viral clip released Sunday, Pascal removed his Mandalorian helmet at Galaxy’s Edge to enthusiastic reactions from fans in attendance. But the problem with online critics are that the “fans” aren’t random visitors, but ‘Star Wars’ influencers and bloggers. Disney responded that they never claimed they were random fans, though it was made to look like an organic surprise to market the ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu.’ A ‘Star Wars’ cosplayer who was in the group commented “I was a crying fool after shaking [Pascal’s] hand and screaming along with everyone in that room last night and I’m okay with that.” “The team @starwars @lucasfilm worked tirelessly on planning out this epic experience for us and for that, I am eternally grateful.”
The movie lands in theaters Friday.
