Miley Cyrus Gets Emotional Over Her Star On The ‘Hollywood Walk of Fame’
Miley Cyrus was in her feelings Friday while receiving her Hollywood Walk Of Fame star. “Today is something that I’ll never forget and I’m always going to cherish,” she said, appearing choked up.
Dad Billy Ray Cyrus wasn’t there possibly due to their recent estrangement, but Miley honored him saying, “My dad used to say that a skyscraper starts with a jackhammer — so does a star on the Walk of Fame by the way — and it’s not about the force, but it’s about the repetition.”
Miley also announced Sunday that she adopted Teru, a 20-year-old African spurred tortoise, through the nonprofit Wags & Walks.
