Angelina Jolie’s New Role Is Very Personal In Several Ways
Angelina Jolie’s latest role hits home in many ways. In “Couture”, in theaters now, she plays an American filmmaker diagnosed with breast cancer while on the job for Paris Fashion Week. In real life, Angelina underwent a prophylactic double mastectomy in 2013 after her mother and grandmother both died from the disease.
Her son Maddox also worked on the film with her, who is one of the only of her kids to remember her mother.
