“Thank U, Next…Again?” Ariana Grande got a big reaction to a lyric change in the song where she famously namechecks several ex-boyfriends, including Ricky Alvarez. “Wrote some songs about Ricky, we always find our way back” instead of “now I listen and laugh”! It happened at her tour stop in Brooklyn.
Grande and Alvarez met when he was a backup dancer for her at the Radio Disney Awards in 2015 and toured with her until they split in 2016.
