Bonnaroo Cancelled for 2027 To Repair The Farm
Bonnaroo has announced it will skip 2027, marking the first voluntary cancellation in the festival’s history since its 2002 founding. Organizers cited repeated weather damage to The Farm, its Manchester, Tennessee grounds, as the primary reason. The 2026 event saw a forced evacuation and canceled acts, following a 2025 edition scrapped after one day due to flooding.
Producer C3 Presents invested heavily in improvements ahead of 2026, including 4.5 miles of new roadways and 135 acres of new grass. Organizers said, “…we know this break will only make Bonnaroo better.”
No confirmed 2028 return date was announced. Bonnaroo 2026 featured headliners including The Strokes, Noah Kahan, and Kesha.
