Trailer: “Wonka’s The Golden Ticket”
Netflix has released the full trailer for ‘Wonka’s The Golden Ticket,’ a nine-episode reality competition inspired by ‘Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.’
The show uses AI company ElevenLabs to recreate the late actor Gene Wilder’s voice, with approval from his estate. In another nod to the original, Rusty Goffe, who played an Oompa Loompa in the 1971 movie, will appear!
Just like the movie, the contestants will make their way through the chocolate factory facing Wonka’s games, tests, and temptations that will challenge them physically, mentally, and morally. One winner will earn “Wonka’s life-changing prize.”
The series premieres September 23rd.
