Wedding Band Found 15 Years Later At Christmas Tree Farm
A guy in Virginia got his wedding band back 15 years after losing it at a Christmas tree farm. Wayne Coprew got a tree in 2010 and realized it was gone when he got back to the car. Went back and looked, couldn’t find it. Came back with a metal detector the next day…nothing. Even came back the following summer and couldn’t find it.

Sue Bostic owned the farm back then and made notes of everything anybody lost to be on the lookout. Even when she handed the farm to her nephew Darren in 2018, he held on to those notes. It was those notes that helped them track Wayne down when it turned up while tilling the soil.
Darren Gilreath said his aunt ” kept notes of anything that was lost, and we always put them on the bulletin board for a couple of years. As the years went on, we’d gather them and put them in a stack, just hoping one day that we’d find a needle in a haystack.”
