Sabrina Carpenter Talks Biggest Misconception About Her
In a chat with CBS back in October 2024, Sabrina Carpenter addressed some misconceptions people have about her the first being that she doesn’t write her own music.
I think a lot of people think because I have, you know, a producer and co-writers that I love that I’m sitting in the room on my phone not writing songs.
She chats about how being bored as a child led to her creative spirit and that her family never asked her to stop singing, which supported her love for the music she was making. At one point, Sabrina even tears up talking about how close she is with her mom and that she never felt like she was doing “too much.”
Since the original release of the interview, Sabrina has extended her Short N’ Sweet tour, performed at the GRAMMYs, collaborated with Dolly Parton, AND she’s announced the upcoming Man’s Best Friend album will release on August 26, 2025.
