Deputies found Cleo shot in Phoenix in July and had to have a front leg amputated. After months of recovery, a shelter featured her story and a guy named Zack Monticello was there the next day.
Zack had lost his right arm in a UTV accident last year and decided to adopt her. He’s got three other dogs and lots of space for her to run around and she is just as fast and bouncy as her new fur siblings!
