Audience Bands Together To Save A Life During A Comedy Show
A scary situation played out during Drew Lynch’s comedy show in Spokane when an 83-year-old audience member collapsed out of his chair having a heart attack.
Lynch stopped the show as other audience members immediately tended to Dick Wende, who is counting his blessings he survived the ordeal. After paramedics arrived to take Wende to the hospital, Lynch was overwhelmed by “the most powerful examples of community and human connection I’ve ever seen.”
