Sports commentator Pat McAfee put up $500,000 of his own money at Vanderbilt University. Engineering and economics major, Tyler Wang, won the lottery chance to make the field goal kick. But he didn’t know he was kicking for half a million dollars until seconds before the big moment!
He nailed it in what McAfee said was the “most impressive kick of the season”. McAfee’s tally of payouts to winners is at $2.6 million!
