Teen Rescues Multiple People From Flood Waters
A teenager in Boca Raton, Florida is being hailed a hero after helping multiple people who got caught in a flash flood last month.
The flash flood brought strong winds and lightning, leaving sections of the city submerged under water. 18-year-old Thomas Ruzzano went from car to car making sure everyone was okay. A few people he helped pitched in to help him save an elderly guy who couldn’t get his seatbelt off.
What prompted him to do that? “I learned it from my dad, he always taught me and raised me right.”
