Couple Uses Traffic Cone To Rescue Drowning Raccoon
Not all heroes wear capes…some have traffic cones!!
A couple in Charleston, South Carolina used a traffic cone to save a drowning raccoon. They saw it struggling, lowered the cone down, and it grabbed on.
It scurried off, exhausted, after the ordeal!
