George Strausman aka “Grandpa George” got some viral attention on social media by shaping clay at his weekly pottery class. He’s been doing weekly 3-hour pottery classes for a decade, mostly surrounded by women in their 60s. He started when he was 94! His granddaughter Francesca put some video up on social media one day and a star was born! He gets millions of views! His life is pretty full.

He’s got three children, 11 grandkids, 4 great-grandkids and a wife named Nancy of nearly 66 years! In another video on a typical day, he reads the comics, goes to the office, writes some poetry with a class and then leads his 3-hour pottery class before he takes his ‘lover’ to dinner!
