Man Beats High Gas Prices With Modified ‘Barbie’ Car
In response to high gas prices, 30-year-old Mali Hightower, a handyman near Atlanta, said he created a “mini car” that costs about $3 to fill up. It looks like a pink Barbie kids car…it’s got a go kart frame and powered by a power washer engine.
He can’t pick up the kids in it and has to stay off the highway, but he’s got a rack for groceries and police have let him drive around town in it! For the record, his other car is a Mercedes convertible.
