Firefighters Take In Homeless Veteran’s Dog and Gift Him With An RV
A homeless veteran in Texas was forced to leave his dog outside a fire station with a heartfelt 3-page letter asking for help. Firefighters cared for the dog, and also stepped in to help the veteran rebuild his life.
The dog, Jake, was adopted by the fire station and quickly became part of the crew, while they worked with a non-profit to find the man an RV to call home.
