Noah’s Kitchen Celebrates A Year Of Meals And Giving Back

Noah’s Kitchen has reached a major milestone, contributing over $100,000 to charitable organizations during its inaugural year of operation. The restaurant will mark a year at Brownsboro Crossing on the East End June 18, and every meal gives back to the community.

Owner Adam Ursprung established the concept after feeling called during church to “serve more than just meals.” After operational costs are covered and his employees are paid, all profits are spread around to many nonprofits. Some of the charities that have benefited include Hope Rescued (which received $44,907), Camberwell Grief Sanctuary ($12,620), The Prisoner’s Hope ($9,340), and Sunrise Children’s Services ($8,044). Many others between $1,000-4,000.

They served some pretty awesome comfort food and have supported numerous organizations. It’s a 501c-3 charitable restaurant and Ursprung has a goal of taking his idea nationwide.
