These 9-Year-Olds Are Guinness World Record Holders

A Bowling Green, Kentucky boy has claimed a Guinness World Records title after completing a hopscotch course in under 50 seconds. Daxton Hunter, 9, drew and finished a numbered 10-square hopscotch course in 48.27 seconds, earning the record in the under-16s category. He’s the third person in his family to earn a world record!

“My dad got one for biking most states. My brother for one just a few months back — so I’m like, ‘Oh, well if my whole entire family is going to get one, why can’t I get one?'” His mom said the only world record she’ll earn is maybe the most family members that have one!

He’s not the only 9-year-old to break a world record recently, a 9-year-old named Jack Sims from Washington broke the longest plank record at 1 hour, 1 minute and six seconds!
