14-Year-Old Saves A Woman With Dementia Wandering In Extreme Heat
An Arizona 14-year-old, Royal Cothrun, is being called a hero after saving a woman with dementia. Teresa Morgan was wandering around in extreme heat miles from home. Royal was able call her son, Jeff Morgan, for help after she was able to recall his phone number.
Teresa had recently been diagnosed with dementia and had wandered away after going to a grocery store. Royal sensed something wasn’t right and stayed with her, getting her to shade, until she could remember her son’s number. He was wearing Google glasses and had their exchange on video.
